What does the package include ?l

You will get the main panel to allow you to communicate ''live'' ( two way communication ) in order to get help fast and its electric cable. The Maestro comes with a wrist bracelet that can be converted into a pendant. The user manual and free custumer service online when you receive your equipement.

What is the average price for our equipement ?

Is the equipment compatible with Bell Canada's network ?

All of our equipment are compatible with Bell Canada's network and furthurmore, with all of the communication providers throughout the country.

Will I be connected to a Central Monitoring Center ?

We offer you two possibilities : The first one, is not being connected to a Central Monitoring Center. This means that in case of emergency when using your panic button you will be immediately in contact with family members, neighbor, friends and even the 911 service since those numbers will be programmed in your panel at home.  The second choice is being connected to our CMS and get dedicated and profesional people online helping you at any time.

Which room in the house should I install the equipment ?

We suggest that you connect your main panel in the telephone jack of the room that you are to spend the most time of the day, wich would most probably be, your living room.

Can I record a message to let my contact list aware of my situation at all time ?

After the dialing for alarm / emergency trigger is successful, the panel will play the pre-recorded message.

Will I need to have install a second telephone line ?

In order to get a quick response, we suggest to put the telephone number of the nearest familiy member, friend, neighbor, etc...

What if there is a power failure ?

If the AC Power failure is detected for 5 seconds or longer a flashing led will warn you and if it persits for more than an hour, the panel will send an AC Failure report either to the CMS or to your contact list, playing the pre-recorded message.

What will happen if I fall inother room than the one that the panel is connected to ?

Our communication equipment presents top technology microphones and speakers that will allow you the most clear conversation within many feet from the main panel.


In an emergency situation who will come to my rescue ?

Depending on the method you have registered, being not linked to our CMS, people listed on your contact list
will immediately be contacted.

What happens if the number dialed in case of emergency reaches a voice mail ?

In this case, the panel will detect that there has not been any human intervention and will go to the next number and so on, until someone answers you emergency call.

You should always test your equipment weekly to make sure that everything is working accordingly.

Can I wear my pendant and wrist bracelet in the shower ?

Yes, you can wear both your pendant and wrist bracelet panic button in the shower since it is completely waterproof.


How will I know if the pendant and bracelet are under low battery status ?

Our finest panel ( Maestro, Concerto and the President ) continuously checks its own battery condition 30 minutes after powering up. When the battery low condition last for 4 to 6 mins, the panels will report and the green led slowly flashes. After the battery voltage is restored and last for 12 hours, the panels will send battery restore report to CMS and the green led returns to steady on.

People say that the wrist bracelet panic button is quite big and looks akward ?

Not at all. Most company offer a bracelet that is very large. We have created a button that is as small as a thin watch in order to make it subtile and discret.

Should I wear my button as a bracelet or as a pendant ?

We recommand that you wear your button as a bracelet since it is easier to reach in case of emergency.


Can I get a second button for my spouse ?

Our equipment allows to recognize a second button.

If I work aound the house, will my equipment allow me to report if I fall ?

At any time your will be able to report since the main panel range from the button is 600 feet.

Can my equipement generate interference ?

Our device complis with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Our devicemay not cause harmful interference that may cause undesired operation.


How can I pay ?

We invite you to contact our sales representative using our toll free number in order to give your name and complete address. The shipment will be delivered to you by the Postal Service using the C.O.D. method ( Collect On Delivery ). You will pay either by certified check, money order or cash, only after you have recieved the parcel.


How much time does it take to recieve the equipement ?

You will receive the equipment within 10 business days.


Do I have to sign up a contract ?

NO, with Life Saving Angel you will never be tied up by a contract.

If I choose to be subscribe to the Central Monitoring Station, what are the monthly fees ?

Only if you choose to be connected to our CMS ( Central Monitoring Station ) the monthly fees are $ 24.99 per month. ( Selling products meant to help save you money, you are better to purchase the equipment and avoid monthly fees.

How does billing work ?

Only if you subscribe to our CMS, billing will be send monthly at the date that your registration was created.


Should I keep a personal medical file information note handy in case of emergency ?

We strongly recommand that you keep a card description of your medical record in case of emergency for people coming for help, knowing your health condition.

If I move, do I have to advise your company ?

Please, always let us know if you move. Your equipment might need to be re-programmed. That issue has to be evaluate by our representatives at no extra cost.
